Grandson’s Ruger

Finally got to give my grandson his birthday present, a Ruger American in 6.5 Creedmore with a Leupold scope. With him and his dad we headed to the range (his dad had just purchased a Bergara in .308) he needed to sight in. Here are a couple of pics). We had a great day, grandson had a ball and so did my son. We bore sighted, used a laser sighter and finally shot for groups.

When he got it sighted in he shot 3 groups of 3 shots at 100 yds and put’em in probably an inch and a half diameter circle. My son kept the targets and I forgot to take a picture.

Good job, passing them down. I did the same with the .22 I bought for my daughters to learn on, passing it to one of my Granddaughters. A classic Winchester Bolt Action Single Shot.
