Henry Lever Action in new book

I wanted to share that my new book, Guardians of Rockport, features a Henry lever action 357. One of the main characters chooses this carbine over modern self-loading rifles. I felt this was very fitting as the story takes place in Wisconsin, home of the Henry.

I would purchase your book for my Nook but am not sure how to go about it. I use Barnes and Noble all the time.

Thanks! I hope you enjoy it! It was fun to write. The e version is available on Amazon and Barns & Noble. The paper back is now available at https://store.bookbaby.com/book/guardians-of-rockport

I had a lot of fun with the Henry rifle part. The main character (retired Air Force OSI special agent and Wisconsin State Trooper) bought it for himself, but his wife Penny laid claim to it. After the social collapse comes it plays a big part in the book.

I'm a few chapters in and I am enjoying it. I find your premise starkly realistic and entirely possible.
But I hope it never happens.

Got it ordered for Kindle. I was suprised at how inexpensive it is, thanks for that!

I’ve read many books in this genre and have enjoyed them all. I’ll be getting to it as soon as I finish the book I’m reading. Here on the Henry forum we have had many conversations about reading and many of us here are readers.
