Donald Shaffer who played our beloved Corporal Radar O'Reilly from the TV show MASH passed away Tuesday at age 92 in his home town in Iowa..Feels like yesterday I watched the pilot episode.. he was perfect for the role.

RIP Radar. Would have never imagined he was that old.

One of the best of that cast. Loved his naivete.

I thought Gary Burghoff played Radar.

Ok looks like Schaffer was 92 and the person Radar was based on. Anyhow RIP.

Think I toss back a Grape Nehi today in honor of the original person who the character was based on. One of the best shows ever.
