Carol chopped some up last evening and sauteed it with butter and onions. It was pretty good alongside
hamburger steaks. It has the consistency of scrambled eggs and takes on whatever flavor you cook it with.
Man! We have a lot of it. Now to preserve it.

Anyway........... Holy Mother of God! I like chepino but last time I said it was too bland. I'll never do that again.
It was almost too hot to eat, but rather good at that. We were both red faced and sweating over dinner.
Now I have to remember not to touch my eyes or any other delicate body parts for a while. I doubt that will
all wash off the first time.
