Just saw this on the news. He was 86. No cause of death mentioned in the article.

Was shocked to hear that he passed away given the seemingly good health he had. You never know.

Fit and healthy are two completely different things. You can be very fit, but dying of cancer, or an overweight couch potato with no real health problems.

Not that staying staying fit doesn't have many health benefits over the course of your life.

Hope i live until I'm 86. From what I heard Chuck Norris was a good guy and treated everyone well
