Three-Hit Wonder

Post by Sir Henry » Tue Jan 09, 2024 11:10 am

I think I’m a decent shot but only for three shots and then I’m all over the place. I’m beginning to wonder if it’s from my double vision because if I take three shots, rest, and then take three more I can get a six shot group going. I’m really beginning to notice the double vision now.

I started putting the drops in my right eye in preparation for Fridays surgery. In 72 hours I should be walking out of the clinic with one good eye. It might be a month before I can shoot again because I’ll go back to get the other eye done.

Interesting. My post op directions didn't mention firearms at all. I think it was a moot point as I broke my leg between the first and second eye surgeries and couldn't do much at all for months.

Good luck on Friday amigo.

It was only two weeks between my surgeries but that was the hardest part. Learning to have one good eye
and one not so good took some getting used to. Just aske my Wife about the car mirror that hit the garage
door.
Once the bandages are removed the change is immediate. You will be happy.
