Fun in the snow

Post by bandit1250 » Sun Jan 07, 2024 2:32 pm

We got 8" of snow yesterday. First snow that we received that amount so far. Wife wanted to go do some riding on the Suzuki Vinson 4 wheeler. We ride when it snows but we don't do any mud riding. I had enough of cleaning muddy 4 wheeler's when I worked at a cycle/4 wheeler shop. She laughs the whole time we are out especially when I do donuts when I keep it in 2 wheel drive and get it fish tailing when going fast. She used to have her own 450 Suzuki King Quad but would rather ride with me. I was glad when we sold hers as she was a border line nut on it and luckily made it with no crashes. It got up to just short of 50* today and the snow is leaving pretty fast. Glad we rode today and didn't put it off until tomorrow because it is melting away and making it very muddy. Maybe shoot 22's tomorrow if it is like today's weather. Take care and be safe. bandit1250

Hey, bandit, good for you two. Get out and shoot, now, and let us know how it goes.

Good for you two. We finally have about four inches with another four inches expected in the next 72 hours. In a week the temps will be below zero.

Bandit, it sounds like fun.
We got 9 inches. I snow blowed and got Mary's car stuck in the lawn moving the cars around. Once she got back from visiting the grand daughter, pulled it out with the truck. We want to do the same in the snow with our Artic Cat prowler. We go through mud too. I'll just pressure wash it in the Spring. It's been rain, up until the last weekend.
