Advice? Cutting Nickel Silver

Some of you may have followed my knife making posts. My newest attempt is a bit more difficult and will involve a damascus blank, turquoise inlay, cocobolo wood scales and nickel silver bolster and end caps. I bought a 1/4" x 1" x 12" bar stock of the nickel silver to allow me to form the pieces. Cutting the roughs has been... a challenge.

I tried the jewelers saw. Cross cutting took 45 minutes for the inch and didn't track well.
I tried putting one of those blades in my scroll saw and cutting, broke two blades and got about 1/4"
I ordered hardened steel blades from Amazon, made for cutting hard steel... Nope... didn't help.
I called Jantz knife supply, she suggested a diamond coated blade for the dremel... no joy.
I finally got the first long cut and two short ones made with a fiber blade... but it took a while.
I have a two inch cut to make, then a couple half inch cross cuts....

Before I make those, any suggestions?

I work with nickel silver quite a bit in my instrument repair work. I've find jewelers saws tend to "wander" if not used with some form of jig. A lot of times when I'm having to cut rather thick pieces I anneal the metal first with my torch. That tends to make the work a little easier. You can always temper it once again if necessary.
