Fun run around the round-a-bout this morning

Post by fortyshooter » Wed Nov 23, 2022 1:10 pm

Coming back home from a errand in the wife's 2011 Edge I enter the round-a-bout in the inside lane which is my choice since it has a slight angled brick rise for a curb. This lets you ride up on it smoothly and not like a standard curb getting around the lane faster.
So as I enter I hear a typical loud Honda thing with young kid driving and he is up to my passenger door with motor reving. I then put the left side
wheels up on the curb and kick the pedal just enough to keep him back there....ol'Edge V6 handles well as the ol'man sling shots out the circle!

Now in the Mustang it is a 2nd gear blast with the tail just kicking out when no traffic near! :D
