About the only item I get from them comes by FedEx Express and normally get it the next day, 2 days at the most. Although Fedx is one company apparently FedEx Express and FedEx ground are operated as 2 separate companies.

the California company I'm dealing with has been outstanding .... they have gone way above and beyond .... once the order arrives (hopefully later today) and I plan to immediately put it to work ..... afterwards I will post a recommendation about them that will hopefully include an assessment as to the quality of their products ....

Shipping anything lately has been brutal. I had a package in customs for 2 months. Another one Fed X lost for a few days. Another one on USPS delivered somewhere in Texas, but the shipper tracked it down finally.

Fed Ex has improved lately. Got a Chewy.com shipment in 2 days last week instead of 4 days. Yesterday I had notice that Fed Ex was delivering a package that needed a signature and since I was off work at 10:30 I was not concerned. Driver called me at 10:30 and told me he was at my house since he ran his route backwards he was there in the morning instead of the usual afternoon delivery. Told him I could be there in 15 minutes and he waited for me. I was shocked and he was very pleasant and agreeable. Maybe they are coming around some.

Second package was to be delivered today but seems to be stuck in Chicago. Now due for delivery on Monday. Oh well, I kind of expected that. Wonder where it really is.

we needed to return a grill to its manufacture and the return label they sent us was for FedEx ... we looked up the nearest place we could take the package and it proved to be 27 miles away .... with our truck, that ain't a cheap trip .... when we got to the address given, we were surprised to find it is a drop box standing on a sidewalk beside a USPS Mail Box .... our package was far too large so we called FedEx where we learned our best bet is to have them come by our campsite on Monday and have them pick it up .... hopefully, this will work
