I know it's a long one, but for a quick look, watch the first few minutes...
Then know the guy runs, and trooper Ray PITs him, he takes off again, and crosses into the eastbound lanes of I-40 running west. Another trooper stays behind him to warn oncoming drivers. Trooper Ray is paralling in the westbound lanes trying to get ahead and cut back.

Jump to 18 minutes and watch to 25 or so. Big Brass ones.

I knew officers like this, recommended one for NRA Officer of the Year. He wasn't selected, but was selected as one of the five runner ups. Didn't hurt HIS career any. Chief went to the awards banquet with him to accept.
