Pulled the trigger last night on another Dan Wesson !! The seller put it on Wed. and it sold at 9:05 pm last night, kinda odd.
And he lowered the price at 4:00

But I couldn't pass it up, was on the top of my list, too.
A DW 44mag SS 10", Here's a tease, gotta wait till tomorrow to send check and I'll post more w/I get it !!

The 10" barrel & shroud is worth what I paid

As far as a holster PT, kinda hard to hide the big 10", maybe with a trench coat

Probably just carry it in the pouch to the range

Should be a good companion for the BBS 44

I can see it would be a challenge...although the trench coat would work.

And if goes primarily to the range, you got it done.
As I think about it, and if I wanted to carry it in a holster, I'd probably look for a cross-draw shoulder rig. I have two Blackhawks and for me, it is actually more comfortable to carry my revolver that way than in my IWB holster. But my two handguns are both only 4.25" barrel length....just a couple of "snubbies" compared to your newest DW!!

That's an interesting DW. I don't remember them having a 10" barrel. A huge gun must mean just more fun.

Got er today!! VERY happy and can't wait for my range trip. This weekend some time

The log it's leaning on is 15" long and a 6" 357 to compare. It's heavy, but WAY cool. Lockup, trigger pull, all feel nice. And I already load for it.

Too bad my new 4-1/4" O/U derringer wasn't sitting just below your 6" revolver....those three would be a sight for sure!

BTW, what is the weight of the new gun?

Weight is just under 6 lbs. Nothing really planed next. Maybe a 2.5" barrel for my 357 15-2 or if I find a super bargain on a whole gun. Did put it in the shoulder holster I have, a few inches hanging out. Again w/the trench coat

Watched a bidding war on GB last night for another 44 10" almost the same as mine. Had a heavy underlug barrel shroud, otherwise the same. Went for 4X what I paid, mines for sale for that sorta cheese
