Rossi 92 .38/.357

I made this add to my Rifle collection,it's a Rossi 92 .38/.357 stainless 20"

Just picked it up yesterday,taken it to the range soon,I will let you know after I been.

Congratulations on your new Rossi! I had a Rossi Puma/92 a few years ago, and it was a very good rifle that never let me down. It's only negative is that you can't really fit a scope, because it ejects from the top, but if your eyes are good enough for iron sights, then you won't have a problem.

But isn't that was makes it a clone of the Winchester?

BTW, what a good looking gun in a great caliber. :D

I have the 16" it shoots 38 and 357 without a problem .I use 180gr for the bigger stuff.

The 92 has hidden scope base screw holes underneath the iron sight. After removing the iron sights the scope mount base that Rossi makes for the 92 can be screwed in place. Then add rings and scope. If the scope is large enough that the eye piece still interferes with top side ejection, there are side offset scope rings that can be used.
