Two Uberti's

Post by TRock » Thu Apr 04, 2024 1:39 pm

Have different brands of lever rifles, Henry and Marlin. I couldn't afford Henry this go around so I bought two Uberti's. The one in the recliner is an 1860 Uberti 1860 Henry in 45 colt . The other in the box is a 1866 Yellow Boy in 38 special. Have fired both with no complaints, so pretty excited about both.

Nice!! Nothing wrong with Uberti brand, if I'm not mistaken Ranch Roper has one of those 1860's.
Like you I own different brands of lever guns also. Henry, Marlin, Rossi, & Winchesters. Mostly Marlins though. ;)
I have a Uberti revolver that I'm quite fond of too.
And, I'd like to try one of those 1860's myself and would most likely choose the Uberti to the Henry also.

Glad to see they work as they should, Congrats. I'm sure they'll bring lots of fun.

Uberti makes good stuff. Didn't our own Ranch Roper shoot an 1860 in 45 Colt, back when he was still shooting cartridge guns?

I agree on the subject of revolvers in the Uberti brand. I have a Uberti 1873 El Patron in a 45 colt which has a great trigger on it.
