Last year I put a stock on my CZ Scout off a 452 Trainer to make it adult length of pull. Has decent wood for a beech stock. With the 16 1/4" barrel it makes a nice compact squirrel rifle. It was a sweet rifle to carry last squirrel season. It actually is not as light as my 510-X Remington single shot rifles but is 8" shorter in barrel length. It has a 2-7 rimfire Leupold on it and is every bit as accurate as most of my other CZ 452's. The bore on this rifle looks as smooth as a match rifles barrel through the Lyman bore scope. Has a great trigger now after tuning. BigAl has agreed to post pictures for me.

Very cool, CZ, bandit. Love that Trainer stock and the short barrel combination. I can see how it would be a joy to carry in the woods all day.

bandit, was the Trainer stock a simple drop-in job? I have a CZ 452 Scout also. If I could easily replace the stock, I might go that route. Thanks.
Darn good looking rifle you have there.

I have the same youth and put the same stock on it and then took it off because the stock dropped too much to be scoped (also had the same scope). Then I put a straight stock from an American on it.
All my CZs are dead accurate except my youth. It’s going to be sold soon.

Funny how the hog back stock works for some shooters scoped and not others. My hog back Trainers and Mannlichers fit me perfect scoped. Some on Rim Fire Central seems to think it is differences in neck length. I would maybe put it in an American stock if one turned up. Your Scout is the first one I have heard of with bad accuracy. It is not something heard of often. I have shot many groups with this one and my grandsons that would be right up there with my Grand Finale 452's. I was at the range one day and the little Scout shot better targets than a friends reproduction Japanese 52 Winchester and his Kimber. I think he was heart broken and embarrassed at the results that day. My Scout still had the youth stock on it and a fixed 6X Burris HBR scope. I was shooting some of it's favorite ammo. RWS target rifle and Norma Tac 22.
