Goex - back from the dead???
Goex - back from the dead???
Good news for black powder shooters:

Suppose Estes knows something about propellants... step daughter & I have successfully launched several of their model rockets. They did not, in fact, go bang... which in the case of model rockets, is a good thing

I don't use BP, but, for those that do, this seems like some pretty good news. Thanks.

Re: Goex - back from the dead???
Haven't used any of it, nor it's substitutes, in quite a few years. Still get the itch now & again & it'll get the best of me eventually.
The European black powders are good stuff & a good number of folks more experienced than I prefer it to Goex. But supply competition is always a good thing for the consumer, & I hated that it was one more item that Americans would have to rely completely on other countries to supply.

This is indeed news of importance. When I get low on Dupont and Meteor black powder I will be able to get some Goex for my BPCR.
