When I was looking for a used late model Transit van I was finding prices to be $20K over MSRP with 60K miles on it. Work trucks are especially expensive. My Mercedes Sprinter that I bought in Seattle was far overpriced at $18K. Then when I sold it here it went for $22K. I couldn’t believe it because I thought I paid too much for it. Being from a state where they don’t throw down brine in the winter it didn’t have any rust on it. Here it’s common to see vehicles that age that are literally falling apart.
