I ordered four custom target stands for my rimfire bullet traps. I could have them as early as this Friday although it will most likely be Monday before I can pick them up. Stay tuned. Film at eleven.

I hope you enjoy them. I have a variety that I use, and have always appreciated them.

I picked up my stands today and put three of them out before the heat got to me. I included this picture because the trailer made this project possible. A single stand without the trap. They are basically a trailer axle cut in have with a platform welded onto the end. This one is in front of the berm closet to the house. Two of them on the upper berm. I still have some traps and spinners on the ground. They will be buried in snow this winter. Some are elevated like on this old truck bed frame. Here a new stand is beside an old swing frame with gongs hanging. I really try to repurpose old junk.

Pretty neat idea for target stands. Just what you needed for the trap style.

Very impressive, Gene. For sure, beats having the traps on the ground the way we place ours.

Definitely Heavy Duty stands and they should last a long time!

Thanks all. I shot at the new stand traps and they worked perfect. I wanted to get them setup before the snow flies so I can shoot this winter. Seems funny but I shoot way more in the cold Wisconsin winter. In the summer there is so much to do and in the winter it’s common to gets snowed-in.

Those look good Gene. At least they are tall enough you can hopefully stay above snow line

I think they should. I get deep drifts but not there.

I’ve wanted them ever since I moved here but didn’t have a way to get them home. The welder liked my idea.
