Grilled Portobello Caps
rinse both sides and apply light coat of olive oil to the outer portion of each portobello mushroom cap .... mix shredded cheddar/Mozzarella + canned crab + canned tiny shrimp + bread crumbs .... amount of each to taste .... for me, light on the crab meat .... grilled on low on our Holland Companion until the cheese melts on top .... really good

Re: Grilled Portobello Caps
Marinade them in a little balsamic vinegar before stuffing and grilling. Brings up the acidity and compliments the richness of the cheese and crab. Nice dish.
