https://greenmountaingrills.com/recipes ... ous-girth/ .... we chose to add sauteed peppers and onions ..... food temp probe set on 160 degrees .... we used regular sausage, I prefer HOT sausage and hope to use it next time ....
and lessons learned : use the thinnest bacon you can find ..... make the sausage walls as thin as possible .... using the temps called for, start checking after 1 hr ....
bottom line : it was good and we will most certainly fix it again ....β
