Deep Frying
back in 2018 we purchased a Farberware Deep Fryer <=== http://www.farberwareproducts.com/produ ... 03737.aspx .... it has performed well but we can no longer can locate its magnetic cord .... it just should be in the camper but no luck so far in locating it .... we have some pickles, egg rolls, Mozzarella sticks along with other things that we want to prepare for a family Christmas gathering .... replacement cords are expensive and I still have hope of finding it .... in the mean time we ordered a bit larger model .... its a Elite Gourmet 1700-Watt Stainless-Steel 3-Basket Electric Deep Fryer with Timer and Temperature Knobs, 4.2L/17-Cup, Stainless Steel <=== https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00N9TPNNI?ps ... ct_details .... we've used it several times and it works well .... question for folks who use Deep Fryers, what do you use to filter your cooking oil ?

Re: Deep Frying
Cabela's sells heavy duty filters, think coffee filters on steroids, along with a funnel that fits the oil filter. My google foo isn't working today.

Re: Deep Frying
looked at the ones at Cabela's and if I was going to be using gallons of oil, that is the one I would have chosen .... for our need a Zoie + Chloe 3-in-1 Stainless Steel Funnel Set ===> https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075HTB5C6?ps ... ct_details along with Ken Ag Nongauze Disk Tan 6.5 Inch ====> https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001CCQWOS?ps ... ct_details would seem to be a better match .... haven't used it yet but really like the way it is designed
