I have to say that as good as my dog is with his camera he has never made moving water look as good as you did.

This isn't one of my favorites, CH. The (intended) depth of field is just a tad too close, so that the gull's beak is ever so slightly out of focus. Other than that, I see brush strokes on the painted siding. Nice. Are the flags at half staff?

No, this was a flag hung from a large construction crane. I would have like to have had the flag flying in the opposite direction, but I haven't learned how to change the wind yet.

Actually, with the new AI generative capabilities of Photoshop, I could probably do that. It may not be long before you can snap an extremely crappy cell phone image and get AI software to automatically turn it into a very good looking image.

I know I've posted this one before, but this is a composite photo I did earlier this year. I had a picture with the geese in focus, but no moon. I had another of the moon with no geese. I also had several of the geese and the moon, but only the moon was in focus. I took the moon image by itself and added the geese from the other image. I also removed one of the geese that had a branch covering a good bit of him, and then repositioned another to fill the space. It made for a nice picture, but I found it hard to feel good about it. I screwed up when I took it, although in my defense I only had a few seconds to set up and take the shot when I heard the flock heading my way.

This one from this morning required no extreme measures. Other than be careful not to annoy the nest enough to evoke a response.
