A happy birthday

Post by John M » Sun Nov 24, 2024 12:21 am

Today is my 73rd birthday. The family asked last night if there was anything I wanted to do on my birthday. I said, "I want to go for a hunt." I took Henry and Rusty out for a walk. Spotted one at two hundred yds, closed the distance to 155 and sent a 400gr speer at 1677 fps.

I will get this Fallow doe hung up and still be in time for the family dinner.

Congratulations... I don't hunt, but don't mind those who do. Not a PETA member. LOL.

You can tell a lot about the character of a man...
by the way he treats those who can do nothing for him.

I don't look back at the things I can't do anymore with regret, I just look forward to the things I still can.

Congratulations on the deer and turning 73. Both great accomplishments indeed.
