Their permitless carry bill (SB1)has been passed by the legislature and is on it's way to the Governor for signature. The law becomes effective 4th of July 2024.

Oklahoma has permitless carry, but offers a concealed carry permit so you can benefit from Reciprocity in 40 states. The wife and I took our concealed carry class and paid the higher fee to get the 10 year permit. One less thing to worry about.
If and when we travel we can go almost anywhere and travel protected, planning our trips to avoid the very few states we can't carry in.

Utah offers a non-resident concealed carry. It has reciprocity with a 31 states. I got it mainly because the states it includes are most of the western US (except California and Oregon). With my Oregon and Utah CC, reciprocity map:
