Hey Al, no mention of them smoke poles. ;)

;)

RP
Yup those smoke poles are tons of fun. But they didnt get much attention last year. I even have a new one that I didnt get shot. And I dont need to fill out paperwork for those which is a huge plus to me
Right, and if bought online can be shipped straight to your door.
Well, they can in my state still, I'll bet there are some states that don't allow for that.

Cartridge guns gather dust in my house since I moved to black powder. But I shoot ‘em every now and then.

I definitely have “lever fever”. I own a bunch of shotguns for birds and bears, and one too many bolt guns. I have a few levers that are “wall hangers”, as is my Hawken (so far), but I hunt with every one of my guns. I used to have 1911A1s, but realized I prefer wheel guns, and sold the autos. I don’t have any handguns anymore, but I do have an 870 with 12” barrel, so that’s close enough!

As I realized in another thread, I'm the type of " gun nut " that has a few shops calling to let me know when they get something I am looking for or might like.

Gun nut? Nah, just admire craftsmanship and the discipline of shooting. I have all sorts from flintlock to AR. I went thru a milsurp faze in the early 90's, lately I have been more into anything pre-1870 by design.
