Had both eyes done this last year and the cataract surgery went very well. Made a big difference. You will have to have a ride home. As for the liver I am with everyone else wishing you the best and expecting the same.

So far everyone has told me the same thing about cataract surgery. It’s comforting knowing that.

You got this cataract surgery, mine took about 20 minutes after the prep and about 20 more before they were showing me the door. Best of luck.

Thanks but the cancer isn’t the kiss of death that you might expect. Some cancers are fast growing and deadly. Kidney cancer is not.

I had my right cataract surgery today and it went well according to the doctor. I can’t really see clearly out of it yet but should within a few days. Part of the problem is I’m looking through a plastic protection lens that wasn’t designed to give good vision. My eye is still dilated and I’m adding drops to it which causes condensation on the inside of the protective cover.

I go back tomorrow for a vision test to be given the okay to drive again.

I didn't have to wear a cover except to sleep for a couple of days. The dilation lasted several hours and I think I was dilated the next day for an examination so driving was a bit difficult. Had to keep up the steroid drops for a couple of weeks until the next examination. Glad you managed and you should find your vision in the right eye looks bluer and the left will appear yellowish. Hope you are pleasantly surprised by the eye test results.
