Toby Keith has passed

Ill just say Im in a very saddened mood this am as I learned of the passing of Toby Keith. A real American music hero in alot of peoples eyes. At 62 he was to young to pass and it makes me at almost 72 count my blessings as I am still able to live on. Not a day goes by that I dont realize how lucky I am to still be around. Rest in Peace Toby you will truly be missed.

I have his cd in the player in the woodshop now. Liked his music a lot. His movie with Rodney Carrington, and video with Willie Nelson: Beer For My Horses, was great.

Saw him in concert a couple of times. A lot of energy and lights and action. I preferred the times when they turned down everything and he just sung a ballad. He was a very good balladeer.
He would have been a good cowboy singing to the cattle on a drive.
