Which .22 Revolver
Re: Which .22 Revolver
Pretty hard to beat a Ruger GP 100 or a Smith and Wesson 686

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

Actions speak louder than words (Matthew 7:16-20).

I know these don’t meet my small and light specs, but I looked at these today. A Heritage Roughrider and a Diamondback sidekick. Heritage about half the price of diamondback. Are either worth considering? Only one I would know to compare them to would be the Wrangler.

I would not buy any of those myself but that’s just me. If you want a single action 22 look at the Uberti 12 shot. Its more money yes but not as much as a Ruger. Well worth the extra in my opiniongraywolf wrote: ↑Thu Apr 04, 2024 4:47 pmI know these don’t meet my small and light specs, but I looked at these today. Re: Which .22 Revolver
Agree with Al. All of the half dozen plus Uberti single actions I own or have owned were all superior to any Ruger single action I've owned as far as fit and finish, function and out of the box triggers. My only complaint is that I wish there more options for adjustable sights, but accuracy and reliability have been top notch. Love my Rugers, but I consider going Uberti a safer purchase.

As always, thanks Al and NCG for the advice and quick response. That's all I needed to hear.
