Now the waiting game begins. They still don't have The Lone Ranger. The pump rifle was $444 plus tax.

Congratulations, SH! If anyone will enjoy shooting that rifle, it's you! It would be so cool if they arrived on the same day. Which would you choose to shoot first?

I can shoot the pump right out of the box so it would be first. Once I get the Long Ranger I need to get a scope for it. I have a few vintage Weavers laying around but I want a high powered scope.CT_Shooter wrote:Congratulations, SH! If anyone will enjoy shooting that rifle, it's you! My LGS had three of the Long Rangers in so far and they were gone pretty quick. Two of the three had wood that was outstanding. Hope you get wood like was on either of the two pretty ones that came in to his shop. I took pictures of them and my camera didn't work so I couldn't post the pictures here. Wish you luck on the wood lottery. The pump should be a lot of fun for you.

SH, I just hope you have plenty of .22 ammunition, because once you start using your new rifle, you won't want to put it down!
