I looked at one today at the big boy gun store. Threw her up to my shoulder and ran the action. Im afraid the next time I go over there its coming home with me. I had to do this in three different posts in hopes of narrowing the gap between me an RR. I know theres no hope in catching him but you cant blame a guy for tryin can ya.

I'm not sure I could improve on it. Yes I might be able to shoot better with better sights but I would be loosing the best feature of the pump. I have always found a pump to be the fastest non semi-auto out there for shooting moving game. In the 70's I hunted coyote with a pump shotgun. Following and leading a running coyote was quickest if you needed a second shot. A lever action is a close second but being a southpaw shooter for most my life a bolt action just didn't cut it.

I cycled it about a hundred more times all left-handed and didn't have a single problem. Then I switched and went to right-handed and started having problems. The biggest problem was the action lever kept locking. The pump action was working good but not as smooth as left-handed.
